Overview

The workshop is designed to enable leaders to solve existing problems in creative ways using the Design Thinking Methodology. Conventional problem-solving tools lead to run-of-the-mill solutions, hence in a fast-changing world, the problem-solving methodology has to be different. Design Thinking, with its exploratory, open-ended approach provides the answer. This workshop will introduce the participants to this approach.

Workshop Objectives

Upon completion of the workshop, the participants will develop the ability to:

  • Empathize strongly with users
  • Rekindle their own creative potential
  • Look at problems from multiple perspectives
  • Apply the Design Thinking Methodology in different situations

Training Methodology

A mix of classroom discussions and out-of-class exercises. There will be a lot of emphasis on peer-to-peer learning through experience sharing after the exercises. Participants will be encouraged to apply the learnings to real-life situations.

Senior executives who are expected to bring in fresh perspectives to existing issues and also are responsible for medium to long-term growth of the organisation.
